The new law is upending municipal zoning by allowing DADUs to be built in what used to be considered the encroachment areas.

With this Hybrid approach, SkyDADU handles both the construction and the legal structuring—so you don’t have to coordinate multiple firms or risk costly oversights. From building your DADU to condominiumizing the property and establishing the appropriate LLC and HOA, everything is designed upfront to protect you, maximize rental income potential, and position you for future tax-saving benefits.

No Financing Needed
